Clyde McNeill, Jr., "Pop", 83, gained his angel wings February 25, 2018. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday February 28, 2018 at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel, officiated by Evangelist Sandy Blackburn and Dr. Pete Kunkle.
Clyde was born September 10, 1934 to the late Nettie Garner McNeill and Clyde McNeill, Sr. He raised his family in Kernersville. He opened Tri-City TV Service in Kernersville, where he worked for many years. Clyde's favorite hobbies were Bowling, NASCAR racing, Wrestling, and Traveling.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by, a son, Dennis Lynn McNeill; sister, Billie Faye; and brothers, Cletus, William, and Charles McNeill.
Survivors include; wife, Emma Stafford McNeill; daughters, Donna Hartness and Rick, Denna Alred, and Dorri Lambert and Troy; sons, Danny McNeill and Anita and Darrin McNeill and Candice; step-daughter, Michelle Rutherford and Junior; step-son, Tim Maxey and Shantae; 11 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and many extended family and friends.
The Family will visit with friends from 1:00 P.M. until the time for service.
