Ronald Edward Eagen, 84, of Albion died April 8, 2021 peacefully, at home surrounded by his family. Ron was born in Albion, Michigan December 14, 1938 to Earl and Eva Eagen. Ron graduated from Washington Gardner High School in 1957. Ron married Innis Elston in Burlington, Michigan on April 25, 1964.

He worked at Corning Glass Company for 19 years, Kraft General Foods for 21 years as a Millright until retiring in 1996. Ron was enlisted in the Michigan National Guards for 21 years.

He was a member of Albion Moose Lodge, Albion Eagles and Albion Elks Lodge where he was awarded the Elk of the Year in 1999.

Ron is survived by his sons Earl (Cindy) Eagen of Albion, David (Brenda) Eagen of Springport, James (Vicky) Eagen of Springport and 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Innis, parents Earl and Eva Eagen, brothers Eugene, James, Pat, Mike Eagen and his sisters Donna Woodhurst , Evelyn Albin, Agnes Silburg, Grandchild Jacob Eagen and Great grandchild Zack Eagen.

A Graveside service will be Monday, April 12, 2021, 11 am at Albion Memory Gardens and followed with a gathering of family and friends at the FreeWay Church 28900 B Drive N Albion, Michigan. Officiated by Pastor Steve Meszaros.
