James L. McKenzie, 51, of 245 Georgia Ave., died Thursday in a fire at his residence. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. today at the Wright and Ferguson Chapel. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Vida Carr McKenzie of Jackson; his mother, Mrs. Addie McKenzie of Jackson; three sisters, Mrs. Pauline Steward of Florence, Mrs. Helen Cook of Utica and Mrs. Betty Rushing of Magnolia; and one brother, Roy McKenzie of Jackson. .
