Schuyler Anderson was born June 2 1925 and departed this life Wednesday, April 7, 2021 reaching the age of 95 years. He was the son of the late Elton and Lucy (Miller) Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife, Jeweline Anderson; four sons, Carson (Susan), Gene (Carolyn), Randall and Michael (Carolyn) Anderson; five daughters, Paulette (Dale) Hancock, Virginia (Russell) Koger, Glenna (Ronnie) Simpson, Mary (Rick) Allen, and Melissa (Glenn)Turpin; 20 grandchildren; and 25 grandchildren and 1 on the way; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Elton and Lucy Anderson, he was preceded in death by: one son, David Wayne Anderson; one brother, Raymond Anderson; and four sisters, Geneva Lee, Goldie Bell, Evalee Ratcliff and Nova Crabtree.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 11, 2021 between 5:00 pm - 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 12, 2021 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
