Adam J. Prusak, 77, of Bethlehem, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2006, in his home. He was the husband of the late Helen (Bolcavage) Prusak, who died in 1993, and also had a predeceased son, Paul, who died in 1987. Born in Mahanoy City, Pa., he was a son of the late John and Elizabeth (Kolibob) Prusak.

Adam was retired from the former Western Electric Company, where he was a plant maintenance mechanic. He was a member of Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church, Bethlehem. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict.

Survivors: Son, Robert J. Prusak of Nesquehoning, Pa.; daughters, Karen R., wife of Joseph Molinari of Salisbury Township, Beth, wife of Steve Van Kouteren of Santa Fe, New Mexico; brother, Joseph Prusak of Bridgeport, Conn.; sister, Mary Klemer of Shenandoah, Pa.; five grandchildren.

Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 10:45 a.m. Thursday, Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church, 1861 Catasauqua Rd., Bethlehem. Call 10-10:30 a.m. Thursday in the church. Arrangements, Downing Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
