Vivian was a member of the Washington Crossing United Methodist Church and a former employee of the Johnson Company, Newtown.
Vivian is the daughter of the late George and Mamie Wyatt Dewsbury and wife of the late Headley David Cooper. She is survived by her daughter Bonnie D. Smaling and sons Kenneth David and his wife Susan Cooper and John Douglas Cooper. She is the proud grandmother of James Berkely Smaling, Krystal Lynn Eleby and Denise Carolynn Teehan and 11 Great Grandchildren.
