Andrew J. Lacek Dies at His Home: Andrew J. Lacek, 91, RD 1, Pleasant Mount, died yesterday at home. A native of Czechoslovakia, son of the late John and Susan Yatko Lacek, he was a former resident of Wilkes-Barre. He was a member of St. Michael's Church. Forest City. Surviving are his wife, the former Susan Pilar, two sons, John, at home and George, Ellenville, N.Y.; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Hruby. RD Uniondale; Mrs. Helen Seman, Thompson; Mrs. Anne Zologa, Pleasant Mount, and Mrs. Josephine Machek, Browndale; three brothers, John, Newark, Del.; Stephen and Adam, Czechoslovakia, and three sisters. Mrs. Mary Paytas, Philadelphia, Pa Mrs. Agnes Stelnak and Mrs. Anna Gibble, Czechoslovakia. The funeral will be Thursday Pleasant Mount, with mass at 10 A.M. in St. James Church, Pleasant Mount. Interment, parish cemetery. Rosary will recited tomorrow at 8:30 I P.M. Friends may call tonight after 7.
