She was predeceased by her parents, Alfred Ray Hollins Sr. and Alice Hudson Hollins; sisters, Virginia Fleshman and Helen "Mickie" Hester; brother, Frank N. Hollins.
Alice worked for G.L. Howard Construction for 35 years.
She was a generous and caring person. She will be greatly missed.
Survivors include brothers, Alfred Ray Hollins Jr. (Linda), George H. Hollins (Rachel), Russell Hollins (Sue) and William H. Hollins (Jean); numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She had a special bond with her great-nephew, Griffin.
A service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 21, at South Anna Baptist Church, 9071 Cross County Road, Mineral. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
Arrangements are being made by Lacy Funeral Home, Mineral.
