ASHLAND - Grace Alberta Stackhouse, 96, formerly of 1520 Orange Road, died Saturday night at Brethren Care Nursing Home. Ms. Stackhouse was born Sept. 14, 1896, in Monroe County, the daughter of Joseph Walker and Cora McCarty Stackhouse. She was a member of the Steele Avenue Church of Christ and a 1913 graduate of Polk High School. She retired in 1957 from Mansfield Tire and Rubber Co. She was the former wife of Tingley Blough and is survived by a son, Milton F. Blough Sr., Milford, CT.; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, a sister, and a grandson. Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. today at Gilbert VanHove Funeral Home and Chapel, Ashland, where the funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Travis Irwin. Burial will be In Nankin Cemetery.
