Adelene Klutts Cullins, age 95 of Terrell, TX, and affectionately known as “Me-Maw,” passed away February 22, 2018. She was born October 19, 1922, in Rockwall, TX, to Forrest and Myrtle (Davis) Klutts, and married her sweetheart, Carl B. Cullins, on June 17, 1939. A member of First Baptist Church in Rockwall, Mrs. Cullins true calling was being a caregiver. She loved caring for the elderly, both as a career and on a volunteer basis. Mrs. Cullins was an excellent cook and loved to share her wonderful food with the lucky EMS personnel and other first responders near her home. In her spare time, she loved fishing and took it somewhat seriously. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, and her sweet spirit will be missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Cullins is survived by three children: Sue Cullins, James Cullins and wife Sharon and Jerry Carl Cullins and wife Vicki; grandchildren: Jerry Carl Cullins, Jr., Russell Cullins, Nathan Cullins, Corey Cullins and Kenneth Cullins; eleven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her baby, her dachshund puppy: Punkin. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband: Carl B. Cullins; son: David Lee Cullins; two sisters and one brother.

Graveside services will be held 1:00pm, Monday, February 26, 2018, in Rockwall Memorial Cemetery with Dr. Bob Price officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Chapel from 3:00 to 5:00pm.
