Mrs. Rozell passed away Friday, March 19, 2021 in Whitehouse. She was born January 17, 1931 in Tyler to Robert Andie Dark and Myrtie Halloway Dark.
Frankie was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving family including three nieces and two nephews.
