We feel a great loss in the death of one of our oldest friends and neighbors, William B. Wyatt, who passed away at his homestead early Sunday morning, November 29. Mr. Wyatt was taken with an acute attack of pneumonia and the sad end came after an illness of only a few days. He was attended by Dr. Moir of Deming and surrounded by his devoted family and friends. His patient endurance of his intense suffering which marked his last hours was a fitting close to a life spent in true Christian service. He was a devoted husband and loving father and his earnest Christian life was spent in untiring service to his fellow-men.
