She was born November 9, 1926, in Springdale, Arkansas, to Allen Byron and Allie Florence (Reed) Smith.
She worked for the Fayetteville Veteran's Hospital. After early medical retirement, she collected and resold antiques. She died at Katherine's Place under the loving care of Elite Hospice.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Reed Allen Smith; sister, Velma Elnora Beckner; nephew, Jim Beckner; and niece, Joyce Ann Burkeybile.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Boudreaux (and husband, Ray); step-grandson, Tony Cress and wife, Arla, and their daughter Makena; and nephew, Bill Burkeybile.
