Albert Chase, day-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Chase of (*Tulsa), died Thursday, Nov. 19, in a Tulsa hospital.
The father is a sheet rock construction worker.
Graveside services were held Saturday, Nov. 21 in Memorial Park cemetery under direction of Moore Funeral home.
Other survivors include a brother, Dale, a sister, Phyllis, and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. N. K. Rodgers, all of the home.
