The Rev. Harold Hahnlen, 92, died Sunday, June 20, 2004, in Homeland Center, Harrisburg. He was the husband of the late Eva V. Hahnlen. He was a graduate of Practical Bible Training School in Binghamton, NY, and pastor of Independent Bible Church of Sandbeach, Hershey, for 27 years. He also taught at Harrisburg School of the Bible for 25 years and was employed for 40 years. He was a part of many mission trips in the United States and Europe. Surviving are sons Lee Hahnlen of Lynchburg, VA, Todd Hahnlen of Hershey, and David Hahnlen of Annville; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter and a great-grandson. A memorial service will be held at 3pm Saturday in Independent Bible Church of Sandbeach, 216 E. Canal St., Hershey. Cremation Society of Pennsylvania, Harrisburg, is handling arrangements.
