Excerpt -- Mrs. Mary K. Waters, aged 73, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. L. W. Cobun of Morgantown last Saturday, May 7, and was buried in Independence her former home, last Monday, funeral services being conducted by Rev. C. B. Meredith of Morgantown. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. L. W. Cobun and Mrs. Icie Jenkins, and by two grandsons, Mack Jenkins of Morgantown and William Waters of White Plains, N.Y. Her husband preceded her to the grave a number of years ago, while a son the late Nacy McGee Walters, a noted minister, died in Brooklyn, N.Y. six years ago.
