Taylorsville/Bicknell, Utah - Maida Torgerson Giles Grace, age 89, died October 13, 2007 at her home in Taylorsville, Utah.

She was born February 15, 1918 in Bicknell, Utah, a daughter of Wilford Andrew and Lucy Matthea Sorensen Torgerson.

She married John Ellett Giles, June 30, 1934 in Bicknell, Utah. He died June 17, 1967. She married James C. Grace November 30, 1968 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He died March 6, 1995.

She lived......she loved.....she died.

Maida is survived by her children: Rayola Meyers; W. Nolan and Jennifer Giles; Margia and Henry (Hank) Vande Veur II; Tim and Nicky Grace; 20 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren and not an ugly one in the whole bunch.

She is also survived by three sisters: Ilene Van Dyke, Jean and Denzil Taylor, all of Loa; Loyia and Ken Rees of Bicknell.

Maida was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held Saturdy, October 20, 2007 at 1:00P.M. in the Wayne County Community Center in Bicknell,

Burial will be in the Bicknell Cemetery
