Bernice Chapman Ramsey, 91, of Pensacola, FL passed away Sunday, October 21, 2007. Mrs. Ramsey was born and raised in Shelby County, TX. She was a registered voter in Escambia County since 1948. Mrs. Ramsey was a longtime member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church. She was an avid gardener and loved to work in her yard. Her husband, Thomas P. Ramsey Sr. preceded her in death. Survivors include her twin brother, Bernard Chapman; two sons, Thomas P. Ramsey, Jr. (Lilly) and John B. Ramsey, Sr. (Debbie); nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; also numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
