Sammy Hankins, 81 of Morgantown, KY passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021 at his residence. Sammy was born April 5, 1939 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Sam and Artie Mae Johnson Hankins and husband of the late Recie Duke Hankins. Preceded in death by his parents and wife and by one son Gregory Lynn Hankins.
Sammy Hankins is survived by one daughter Stacy Shepard Hankins; two granddaughters Ericka Mae Hankins and Samantha Shepard; two grandsons James Hankins and Allen Dickinson; seven great grandchildren Savannah Salyer, Breanna Nichole Brewer, Lucas Gregory Salyer, Sophia Dianne Reeder, Autumn Pacheco Hankins, Steven Eugene McDaniel and Dillon Dickinson; one brother Craig Hankins and wife Becky; two sisters Marquita Hamilton and husband Dickie and Janice Wiedemer and husband Don.
