Crenshaw's mother was Lucy A. (West?) Binford (c.1838 - 30 Sept 1900). He was the brother of Fannie Blair (Binford) Bigger (c.1863 - 13 Feb 1939). Fannie married Charles P. Bigger on 27 Dec 1900. He was the son of Thomas B. and Elizabeth M. Bigger. Fannie was the mother of Marguerite A. Bigger (born c.1901). Fannie is #157377250.

In the 1870 U. S. Census, Napoleon, Lucy, and Fannie were living in the Alms House in Richmond, Virginia, but I don't see Crenshaw there. When Crenshaw married, he was the son of Napoleon and Lucy Binford. Napoleon and Lucy had a daughter (born 9 July 1866) in Richmond.

Crenshaw married Jessie E. (Fraysier) Binford Heeke (c.1868 - 5 Mar 1931) on 26 Feb 1886 in Richmond, Virginia. She was the daughter of Lewis T. Fraysier (1831 - 1904) and Catherine (Kelley) Fraysier (1828 - 1916).

In the 1900 U.S. Census, Crenshaw was single and living with his mother.

At the time of his death, Crenshaw was the husband of Mary M. (?) Abel Binford (born c.1857).

In 1930, Jessie Heeke was living in Baltimore City, Maryland, with her daughter, Claudia B. Barry. She was the wife of the late William H. Heeke (1872 - 1921) at the time of her death.
