She was born in Cayuga county, New York, December 6, 1832, and came to Illinois with her parents, and was married on January 1, 1849 to Isaac E. Bushman. Seven children were born, all have died except the oldest, Mrs. Dorns.
She had been a resident of Trego county, Kansas, since 1880.
