Daughter of Carl Winter and Adelaide Bagshaw Bennett. She grew up in Delta, where she met Don William Fullmer from Abraham. They were married on May 23, 1945 in Hinckley. They lived in Tooele and Sunset for many years. While raising her family, she earned her GED, worked for the government in various positions and helped with church Scouting. When they decided to start their own business, she retired from the government and began keeping all the financial records by hand. She had a hand in every aspect of the business, the office, restaurant, purchasing more motels and land, and the cows, horses and farms in Fillmore. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Dawn Fullmer. Surviving are her husband of almost 76 years, Don; children, Linda (Doug) Wangsgard, Carole (Kerry) Jones, and Mark (Marge) Fullmer; fourteen grandchildren and forty-six great-grandchildren.
