Ed returned home to Cambridge after his graduation from law school where he worked for the law firm of DeSelm and Moore before being elected to four six year terms as judge in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate and Juvenile Division, Guernsey County, Cambridge Ohio. During those 24 years, Ed was involved in various civic organizations including past president of Cambridge Rotary, Board of Directors Guernsey Memorial Hospital and recipient of Jaycees Distinguished Service Award.

After retirement, Ed and Nancy moved to Naples, Fla., where they enjoyed 25 years of fishing, golfing and good friends.
