William Edward Taulbee, 50, of Monticello, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at his residence.

He was born on July 30, 1970 in Knox, IN to Jerry and Ruby (Smith) Taulbee. On October 20, 2007, he married the former Diane Hunt in Monticello and she survives.

Bill was a 1989 graduate of Knox High School. He loved driving and working on trucks. He especially enjoyed working with his uncle Ted.

He considered Sitka Baptist Church his home church.

In addition to his wife, William is survived by his father; two brothers; and his dogs, Leah and Bella. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of services celebrating Bill's life at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home in Monticello with Pastor Jim Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
