Louis Orbert Snedeker, 95 of Walnut Ridge, died Monday February 22, 2021 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. He was born July 18, 1925 in Alicia, AR to Clay Snedeker & Rena Smothers Snedeker.

He and his wife, Betty L. Grigsby Snedeker, spent their married lives at Calvin's Crossing before moving to Walnut Ridge 10 years ago. Orbert was a retired farmer. Most who knew him called him "Orb". His loss is felt by many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clay and Rena Snedeker; and a sister, Ann (Jack) Jackson.

He is survived by his wife, Betty of the home; son, Kendell (Betty Sue) Snedeker of Calvin, AR; honorary granddaughter, Madison Paige George; brother-in-law, Wendell Grigsby of Indio, CA; niece, Elaine (Keith) Blackman of Jonesboro, AR; great niece, Elizabeth (Adam) Sullivan; great great nephew, Rory Sullivan; and many friends.

Funeral services conducted 1:00PM on Friday February 26, 2021 at House-Gregg Funeral Home with Don House officiating.

Private burial at Calvin Cemetery.
