DEATH AFTER OPERATION
Mrs. Edith Jones Died in Hospital at South Bend Saturday.
Mrs. Edith Jones, 21, wife of Grover Jones, died in the Mishawaka hospital at South Bend Saturday morning following an operation. The body was brought to the Clark chapel here Sunday afternoon and the services were held there this afternoon at 2 o'clock by Rev. Odell, the burial following in the city cemetery.
Mrs. Jones was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Crouch, of Indianapolis. She was born Oct. 15, 1899 and was married to Grover Jones on Jan. 4, 1914.
One child, a son, Charles, aged four was born to the union. She is survived by the parents, husband, son, and two brothers.
