His survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mildred Richardson Felts; four sons, George E. Felts, Lawrence E. Felts, Jeffery Lynn Felts, all of Jackson, and Hollis Lee Felts, Jr., of St. Joseph, Mo.; four daughters, Mrs. H. W. Herrington, Mrs. B. T. Norsworth, Miss Olga Ann Felts and Miss Diane Felts, all of Jackson; his mother, Mrs. Minerva Bridges Felts, also of Jackson; three brothers, J. W, Felts of La Porte, Tex., A. D. Felts of Greenville and T. G Felts, Jr., of Pass Christian; and two sisters, Mrs. W. T. Ates of Jackson and Mrs. Leslie Everett of Tucson, Ariz.
Interment was in Lakewood Memorial Park. Pallbearers were Cecil Herrington, Sam Simmons, Louis Hamel, R. D. Moore, L. C. Weaver and J. H. Cook.
