Daughter of Samuel Webster (1805-1870) and Martha Ragan (1808-after 1880). She was her parents first child and arrived in this world in Tennessee in February 1835. The family moved to Marshall, Mississippi where the remaining children were born. The family moved to Limestone, Texas. She married Lucian Bonepart Parish on 31 Oct 1852 in Cherokee, Texas. Their union was blessed by ten children:
