Judith was born May 12, 1942 in Michigan City, IN to Matthew and June V. (nee Block) Smith.
Judith is survived by her mother, June Virginia Smith; three children: Debra, Steven and Monica Granacki; four grandchildren: Brooklynn, Michelle, Matthew and Christopher andone great-grandson: Geoffrey.
Judith retired as a licensed LPN and worked in Las Vegas, Nevada before moving back to Michigan City in 2007. Judith previously worked as a supervisor at Jay-Mar Ruby.
Cremation services provided by Geisen-Carlisle Funeral and Cremation Services, 613 Washington St. Michigan City, IN. Inurnment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
