1717 Graduated from Yale; gave the salutatory speech in Latin. This, today, is amongst the oldest historial documents of Yale.

1725 first marriage to Hannah Lynde (d/o Judge Nathaniel and Susana (Willoughby) Lynde

1736 second marriage to his second cousin Elizabeth Graham Lee (granddaughter of Thomas Lee)

After 37 years serving as a minister, he passed on 14 Oct 1761 and is buried in the Old Stone Cemetery.

Many, many of his descendants served as patriots in Revolutionary War and are recognized in DAR/SAR.
