SHIRLEY ANN FOLEY 66, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Thursday June 29, 2006 at her residence. She was born February 14, 1940 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of the late Byron E. & Mary (McGlone) Puterbaugh. She was a graduate of Northwestern High School, Springfield Community Hospital School of Nursing and Park College, St. Louis, Missouri. She is survived by her husband, Robert Allen Foley; a son, Michael D. & Tammy Foley; a daughter, Mary Beth Pierce; two grandsons, Brian Roger Baker & Paul Michael Pierce; a brother, Robert Donovan Puterbaugh; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Clarence James, Jr. and a sister, Debra Kay Baker. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday July 3, 2006 at the TROSTEL-CHAPMAN FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Burial at New Carlisle Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, Inc., P.O. Box 502, Troy, OH 45373.
