Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Albert and Marie (Breard) Duhaime. A 1948 graduate of Roger Williams College, he also attended RISD.
He served in the Navy Seabees in the Aleutians and Okinawa. He was a lifelong builder, co-owner of A.A. Duhaime, Inc. for 45 years.
He was a member of St. Joseph’s Church; a Charter member of St. Pius X Knights of Columbus; a member of Carpenters Local #94 Union; American Legion Post 19; and past president of Scituate Rotary and a Paul Harris Fellow.
He leaves one daughter, Nancy and her husband Mark Gravel of Danielson, Conn.; two grandchildren, Patrick Willis and Meghan von Ballmoos; two great-granddaughters, Emma and Madeline.
