Barbara Ann Carr Bahrt was born February 9th, 1949, in Monroe Louisiana to Nellie Carr Jackson and was adopted by JC Jackson. The family relocated to New Mexico where she attended grade school, during this time she spoke Spanish as well as English. Later, the family moved to Las Vegas Nevada, at which time, she attended Pilgrim Rest. Barbara continued her secondary education at Clark High School. She decided to further her education with vocational training at Job Corp where she studied Medical Secretary, Nursing Assistant and EKG Technician.
She leaves to mourn her passing the love of her life for over 30 years Clovis Moore, four children: her only daughter, Delores Ann Carr of Las Vegas, Nevada; three sons: Terry Lamont Teal (Fiancée, Brandy Fletcher who helped her through her many illness until death) of Las Vegas Nevada; Antonio Maurice Carr (Fiancée, Nicole Brown); and Darryl Donaldson of Lubbock Texas; 25 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; five brothers: Cornelius (Carol) Jackson; Delma (Lisa) Jackson; Raymond (Sally) Jackson all of Las Vegas Nevada. Calvin Jackson of Lovelock Nevada; and Wesley (Kim) Baltimore of Laverne California; one sister, Marilyn (Marc) Ambrester of Lake View Terrace California; eight nephews, three nieces, three aunts: Gertrude, Velvet and Jane of Las Vegas Nevada, and many cousins and friends.
