Bart Loy Buster, 62, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021. He was born December 30, 1958 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Lee Roy Buster and Myrna Sue (Boyd) Buster. He attended public schools and graduated from Porter High School.
Bart worked as a mechanic and in maintenance for several different companies including Georgia Pacific, Gatorade, Connors State College, and Best Pump Works.
He loved watching car races of any kind and enjoyed attending his son’s sporting events as they were growing up. He attended Liberty Community Church most of his adult life with his family. Bart will always be remembered as a good man who was always willing to lend a helping hand.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Myrna Sue Buster.
Bart is survived by his sons, Josh Buster and significant other Sami, Dylan Buster and wife Carlye, all of Broken Arrow, OK; father, Lee Roy Buster of Porter, OK; brothers, Bret Buster and wife Leah Ann of Wagoner, OK, and Brad Buster and wife Denise of Richardson, TX; along with countless aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, friends, and former coworkers.
There will be a family conducted memorial service at 11AM, Friday, February 19, 2021 at Greenwood Cemetery in Porter, Oklahoma with Mr. Charlie Smith officiating.
