Alicia Gay Anderson Sanders, 63, of Gainesville, MO passed peacefully at Baxter Regional Medical Center, Mtn Home, AR on February 11, 2021. Alicia was born August 14, 1957 In Gainesville, MO to Mearl and Alyene (Hammack) Anderson.

On July 3, 1976, Alicia and Michael Sanders were united in marriage at The Gainesville Church of Christ. They were blessed with one daughter, Jehnna. Alicia was retired from Baxter Lab in Mtn Home. She was a Christian who loved being with her family, girlfriends and loved vacationing on Padre Island with her husband. She loved her daughter Jehnna and granddaughter Jamie. Alicia graduated from Gainesville High School in 1975. She was loved by her family and friends. They all loved getting together on Friday night eating and having fun. Alicia will be greatly missed by family and friends. She was a light to our day with her beautiful smile.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Michael; two brothers Dwight and Dwayne Anderson; and one niece and three nephews.

Alicia is survived by one daughter Jehnna and (Jesus) Sosena; one granddaughter Jamie; her sister Sonja; and one nephew Kevin.

A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date, due to Covid concerns at this time. Arrangements are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
