At his residence on Capon River, in this county, on Friday evening, February 19th, William Nixon, Esq., at an advanced age, a well known, and highly respected citizen.
Mr N. had filled a seat in the old Virginia Legislature and upon the County Court bench with credit and the satisfaction of the public. He leaves a large and respectable family and many friends and neighbors to lament the loss of a good man and a good citizen.
