Marilyn “Nannu” Herron Smith, age 71, of London, Kentucky passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021.
She leaves behind her daughter, Ivey Smith-Mills & husband Michael of London, KY; three grandchildren, Michael Mills, Jayden Smith, Conley Mills; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Owen Smith; her parents, Roscoe Herron & Lucille Harris Herron; one sister, Laura Cox Sturgill; one niece, Carrie Cox.
Marilyn worked at ACS in London, KY for over 45 years. While working there, she was able to travel many places in the world which allowed her to work with some incredible people during that time. She was also a member of the New Salem Baptist Church.
A graveside service for Marilyn “Nannu” Herron Smith will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Swiss Colony Cemetery in London, KY with Greg Deaton officiating
