She graduated with her Doctorate in English Literature. Ms. Timmons ended her professional career teaching at Webber International University in the year 2000. In her retirement, Ms. Timmons enjoyed writing books and screen plays.
Ms. Timmons is survived by her daughter, Heidi Creason; grandchildren, Michaela Creason, Lexi Creason and Corey McLaughlin.
Visitation will be Sat. Feb. 13, 2021 from 10-11 at Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Road, Lakeland, FL 33801. Funeral services will be conducted Sat. Feb. 13, 2021 at 11 am at the funeral home, followed by interment at Oak Hill.
