Herman Wilson Hacker, 51, of Tanner, died at 1:30 a.m. Friday at the Athens-Limestone Hospital.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.

Mr. Hacker is survived by his wife, Mrs. Erline Hacker; mother, Mrs. Hattie Burns of Mt. Vernon, Ark.; two sons, Jackie and Jimmy Hacker, both of Athens; two step-daughters, Miss Frances Green and Miss Patricia Green, both of Athens; one sister, Mrs. Richard Baldwin of Athens; one brother, James Hacker of Athens; one half-sister, Mrs. Inez Meisch of Mt. Vernon, Ark.; one half-brother, Sammie Burns of Texas; and four grandchildren.
