Son of Arthur Boyd PARLIER, Sr. and Helen WATSON. Married to Helen PRESNELL.

Boyd Parlier Jr. Age 71 of Vilas, NC passed away Saturday January 30 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem after a brief illness.

Boyd was survived by his wife Helen Parlier; a daughter Denise Greene; a sister Patsy Rhyme; two brothers Jackie Parlier and wife Linda, Tim Parlier and wife Pat. He was also survived by a number of grandchildren, great-grand children and several nieces and nephews.

Boyd was preceded in death his father Boyd Parlier Sr. ,Mother Helen Watson Parlier, sons Joseph Mcmillan,and Jeffrey Parlier, one grandson Joseph Greer.

Boyd enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, going to flea markets, shooting matches, and gun shows. He was a very hard worker. Over the years he had several different occupations. He was the proud owner of "Boyd Parlier Well Pump & Tank" where he served the local communities day and night. He was a providing husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.


The Lord decided to take you home
Away from us, now your gone.
Although we'll miss you and your far away
We'll see you again one glorious day
So don't cry for us because we're here
Just wait until we are near
What a glorious day that will be
When we reunite in Heaven for all eternity.
