Gladys Gail West was born on September 16, 1948 in Talihina, Oklahoma to Thomas and Lola Ida (Edge) Crowder. She was preceded in death by her parents, and mother that raised her, Eva Chandler; her brothers, Dude Crowder, Edward Crowder, Clark Crowder; and her sister, Mary Sue Owen.
Gail was a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and attended Assembly of God Church in Boswell. She enjoyed working in her yard, dancing and cooking. Gail was a talented artist and enjoyed painting. She retired from Campbell Soup Company after 18 years of dedicated service She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Gail is survived by her daughters, Shannon Lee Gambol of Antlers, OK and Melissa E. Bell of Boswell, OK; brother, Tommy Crowder and wife Dorothy of Boswell; six grandchildren, Apryl, Kyle, Nicholas, Joseph, Jacob and Joshua along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
