Phyllis June Lowe passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at Chickasaw Nation Medical Center in Ada, Oklahoma at the age of 65.
Phyllis was born April 13, 1955 in Wetumka, Oklahoma to David Herrod and Eliouse Marshall. Phyllis graduated from Holdenville High School. She attended Rose State College and received her Associate degree in Nursing. She was an LPN for Pioneer Nursing Home in Wetumka. Phyllis married James Lowe (deceased January 29, 2021) August 2000 in Yeager, Oklahoma. She loved the Lord, sewing basketball, OU sports, spending time with family, cooking helping others, music, and holidays. She enjoyed Big Foot stories, studying the Bible and gardening.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents, son David Herrod SanRoman "Sonny", siblings; Bob Tiger, Leon Tiger, Johnson "Jr" Tiger, Dan Tiger, and Mattie Lowe. She is survived by her children; Joland "Charley" and Connley Wright of TN, Martin "Harley" and Angela SanRoman Jr. of Moore, OK, Jose "Pito" and Samantha SanRoman of Moore, OK, Martina "Tina" SanRoman of Holdenville, OK, 20 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, siblings; Doris Anderson of Lamar, Pat Herrod of Holdenville and Woody Fields.
Pallbearers are Jose SanRoman, Johnson "Tippy" Tiger, Thomas "Chooch" Sanders, Logan SanRoman, Gabriel SanRoman, Jordan SanRoman, Marcus Carter and Xandir House.
Funeral service will be 2:00PM Tuesday February 9, 2021 at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Holdenville, Oklahoma with Pastor Jason Paige officiating.
Interment will follow at Holdenville Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville.
