Alice V. Hartsock, 99, of Littlestown, died Saturday, Feb 6, 2021 at Hanover Hall Nursing Center. She was the widow of C. Kenneth Hartsock who died Jan 28, 2009. Born Oct 14, 1921 in Fairfield, Alice was the daughter of the late Roy D. & Mary (Study) Gladhill. She was a supervisor for 29 years at Cambridge Rubber of Taneytown and Carroll Shoe of Littlestown, retiring in 1971.
Surviving are her children: Thomas E. Hartsock & Crystal of Littlestown; Kenneth N. Hartsock & Marjorie of East Berlin and LaDonna F. Wintrode & Lonny of Hanover; her 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; and her sisters, Betty Geiger and Audrey Flynn, both of Hanover. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Alice was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hanover and a lifelong member of Littlestown VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
