Mr. Allen B. "Pat" Maddox, age 89, of Alpharetta, passed away Monday December 15, 2014. Before retiring Pat founded and operated North Fulton Exterminating Co in Alpharetta, GA. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, June Doby Maddox; parents Flonnie and Dean Maddox; brothers Howard, Lester and Wesley Maddox; Sisters Bethelyn Wynn, June Bruce and Joyce Kirk. He is survived by his children, Allen Maddox Jr., April Schaps, and Patricia "Pat" Hill (Lanny); Granddaughters Robin and Gillian Schaps, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Roswell Funeral Home on Thursday, December 18th from 2:00pm to 3:00pm, with the funeral service at 3:00 pm, and a catered reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Threads of Love, a ministry of Alpharetta First Baptist Church and a cause very dear to his wife. Donations can also be made to Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, GA.
