Joseph M. Fulton, 81, of South Vienna, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021. He was born on February 15, 1939, in Springfield, the son of the late Joseph G. and Betty Lou (Weider) Fulton. Joe started working for International Harvester the day before he graduated Northeastern High School in 1957. He retired 46 years later and served primarily in management. Joe was a member of the United Senior Services and enjoyed playing BINGO and going to the movies with his best friends, Linda and Bob Petticrew. He loved playing sports, fishing, camping and playing Texas Hold'em with his family. His favorite sports teams were The Ohio State Buckeyes, Dallas Cowboys, and the New York Yankees. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Nancy (Black) Fulton; daughter, Ginger Fulton; son, Joseph S. (Dianne) Fulton; grandchildren: Tyler and Bowman Fulton; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth F. and Judy Fulton; sister, Margaret "Peggy" Holbrook; and five nephews. He was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Vaughn Holbrook, and nephew, Danny Fulton. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, February 12, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
