In the 1940 Census for Wichita Falls TX, Fannie's and Ilene's surname was listed as "Fagan," with Fannie shown as divorced; they were living with Fannie's parents.
Fannie appears to have been living with Julius Berkman in Waco in 1941, as Julius's WWII draft card lists "Mrs. Fannie Berkman" as the person who will always know his address. (His mother, also named "Fannie Berkman" was deceased at the time.)
Julius was previously married (05 Oct 1926, Detroit MI; License No. 319367) to Jeanne Zelda Snyder (FAG memorial #57073923). The marriage was either annulled or they were divorce, but no divorce records were found.
No divorce records were found for Fannie and Archie Fagin, nor were marriage records found for Fannie & Julius, but Julius was shown as married on his 1972 death certificate and "Fannie B. Berkman," living in Waco, signed the application for Julius's military headstone.
After Julius's death, she married Solis Berman.
Burial here based on Congregation Agudas Achim records (HLS).
