Rickey Earl Keller, 62, of Germantown Hills, IL passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born on December 8, 1954 in Peoria, IL to Elmer Louis and Ida Lee (Braman) Keller. He married Barbara J. Boyd on May 14, 2016 in East Peoria, IL. She survives.

Also surviving are sons Joseph (Amanda) Keller of Gurnee, IL and Curtis (Teri) Keller of BayView Gardens, IL; step-son Jeffery (Tisa) Boyd of Peoria Heights; step-daughters Lynette (Troy) Boyd of Peoria and Kimberly (Jeff) Boyd of BayView Gardens; brothers Roger Braman of Eureka and Jerry (Janet) Keller of East Peoria; and sister Tammie (Mike Lamb) Forcum of East Peoria. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Robert Lee Keller.

Rickey worked as a welder at Komatsu from 1974 until his retirement in 2014. He loved his 1969 Camaro and was a John Wayne fan.

Cremation rites have been accorded.
