Delma “Dot” Spiker Houck, 85, of Barton died Thursday, January 7, 2021 at UPMC Western Maryland, Cumberland.
Born September 29, 1935 in Lonaconing she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Iva (Beeman) Spiker.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Davis and Luretta Spiker; one brother, Roy Spiker and one step daughter, Tammie Kyle Shockey.

Dot was a member of the first graduating class of Valley High School, Lonaconing and went on to be a machine operator at various factories for many years where she was known as a hard worker.
She loved to feed animals including her cat and the many birds she could get to her feeder. She liked to take car rides and find new places to dine at.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Kyle Sr.; three sisters, Elda Martin, Wanda Fay Shockey and husband Bobby and Mary Ann Engelman; two brothers, David Spiker and wife JoAnn and Jim Spiker and wife Franca; one step daughter, Debbie Diehl and husband Greg; one step son, Roy Kyle Jr.; one brother-in-law, William Davis and numerous nieces and nephews.

At her request she was cremated. Inurnment will we be held at the Beeman Family Cemetery, Jackson Mountain.

Arrangements are under the care of Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home P.A.
