CRAWFORD, Ardell Ray of Lampasas. Age 55. Died Thursday, 14 April 1977 in a Temple hospital after a long illness. Services held in St.Mary's Episcopal Church in Lampasas. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Rev. Hampton Mabry officiated. Adkins Funeral Home, Lampasas, in charge of arrangements.

He was BORN 5 October 1921, and lived in Thorn Dale, attending schools there between 1937-1940, when his late father practiced medicine in the city. Family then moved to Bartlett where Dr. Crawford continued his practice. Ardell was a Pharmacist, living in Lampasas for the past 14 years with his wife of almost 30 years, Mrs. Pamela V. Crawford. Veteran of WW-II and member of the Episcopal Church.
