NOTES about parentage:
On Marvin's death certificate, Stephen Fisher is listed as his father, with an unknown mother; the informant is Marvin's son, Larry. His Indiana death certificate is #005532.
In addition, Marvin's father Stephen is listed in the 1900 census with children Aubrey, Bernice and Mary, who are listed in Marvin's obituary.
Marvin is NOT listed on Stephen's census record for 1910.
Marvin is listed as ADOPTED in the 1920 census, with William C (Billy) Castor (FAG #34747237) and Sarah Emily Castor (FAG #19264302)
Now for the fun part: I decided to hunt down his mother. I think I found her.
I found his mother's last name in the Indiana WPA Birth Index: LIGGETT, and the father was Stephen and the child was born in Madison County, Indiana on August 29, 1904.
I followed the CASTOR family back to 1900....and found a Maude Leggett....I'll post more later.

NOTES about marriages:
He married Ethel Foutz on 6/20/1925. Ms. Foutz was a McGonigle, married a Ralph Foutz 1st, Mr. Fisher 2nd, Kenneth Lynch 3rd (and listed in 1940 census) and Frederick Redick 4th.
He married Viola Nancy Horseman 2nd somewhere around 1933, I didn't find a marriage record, but he is listed in the 1940 census with a six year old.
He was listed as divorced on his death certificate.
I've linked both wives here.
